We are a "hands–on" business managed by Kris, who looks after all the tenant queries and renting out new properties. With a support team of rent collector, and maintenance personnel – we have everything in place for smooth running of the lettings process – whether you are a landord or potential tenant…

Having our own team of staff that can action most repairs makes us able to react when tenants have minor problems, and we pride ourselves that these issues get dealt with professionally.

We charge tenants a holding deposit (equivalent to one week’s rent) to reserve a property while we carry out pre-tenancy checks. These are credit checks, referencing and affordability.

The benefit of having a "hands–on" team means we can identify issues early and be reactive accordingly to get the best outcome for everybody.
